The Educational Leadership and Innovation Program has as its main objective to work on the professional capital of principals and teachers, seeking to enhance their capacities for the development of competent leadership.Through this, have a favorable impact on student learning, on the revaluation of the teaching role and on the educational quality of the participating institutions. From this, and together with other memebers in their communities, also turn teachers and principals into potential change agents within the system.

 

Developing the capacity for leadership and innovation in principals and teachers allows a revolution "from the bottom up" where teachers provide new innovative and sustainable responses to the problems of educational institutions. The program aims to achieve real implementations arising from the different realities of each of the centers and thus achieve the changes that the institutions require.
