A program of teacher training and accompaniment is proposed to improve pedagogical practices in Initial Literacy.  

Objectives: 

  • Make visible and install the discussion on the problem of Initial Literacy and its implications in the development of children: literacy is more than teaching to read and write. 

  • Articulate research with real practices for the development of literacy teaching strategies 

  • Provide pedagogical tools to teachers for the design of literacy learning environments
